Rumor Killer - Rep Ortega & Re-Election

It is election season for the primary and the filing window opens soon so expect a flurry of rumors to start flying around about who is running for what. 

So lets kill a rumor that has been floating around which sounds a lot like wishful thinking. I'm not even sure how this one got started but State Rep Lina Ortega is running for reelection. She stated so back in September lest anyone think she wasn't going to run. 

It appears that last night she retweeted her campaign announcement for re-election, so that confirms she's running for re-election.
