Aguero's Admission
As you know there was an attempted coup late last week in our nation’s capitol that saw a lot of weirdos playing dress-up, white supremacists, and paramilitary groups dressed in tactical gear.
One police officer was killed, a few participants also died including one guy who reports are he Cheddar Bob’d himself with a taser causing a fatal heart attack. In the days following the Trump Riot law enforcement has been looking for the seditionists that breeched and occupied the capitol building.
Well if the FBI is interested, local right-wing extremist Anthony Aguero appears to be bragging about having participated in the breech.
Aguero occasionally tries to gain access to certain events by posing as a “journalist”, but he is not a trained journalist and typically does crowd-funding to pay for his gear and trips.
Aguero was a participant in the event, not an observer. As you can see in this video he’s wearing Trump paraphernalia.
The right-wing has gone from blaming the insurrection on BLM or Antifa - which is their favorite Boogey Man - to now attempting to rewrite history and downplay the events. But an examination of the facts lay out a pretty sinister undercurrent. In addition to white supremacists, there were paramilitary forces complete with tactical gear and plastic restraints.
You think the plastic restraints were for them to hold hands? Hell no, they were there to take prisoners / hostages. I'm sure that there were some people that were there to peacefully demonstrate and petition their government? Sure. But to deny the events that transpired, and the sheer volume of people that penetrated the buildings is just detached from reality.
It was a decidedly unAmerican attempt at sedition and effort to interrupt a constitutionally mandated function of government.
As you can hear in his admissions that he posted on Facebook, he talks about “we” when talking about making it inside the chamber - specifically, “…as we made our way in there…”
So if anyone in the FBI or any other law enforcement entity is interested in the footage, be my guest.
