Phyllis Gonzalez & a Refresher on Theresa Caballero
I don't know why TC likes to pick fights with me, it never works out in her favor. But y'all know me...I love a good fight.
Caballero is actually the REASON I started blogging. When I first moved here and I saw the clown show desmadre she used to create at city council meetings and then as a candidate - I just couldn't stand it.
Sure, she clearly has some daddy issues and her dad probably had a lot of it coming. But she used to berate the guy during council meetings and those meetings, paid for by taxpayers, aren't the place to hash out family squabbles.
Thats what awkward Thanksgiving meals are for.
But I also couldn't stand her conduct as a candidate. She's a bully, she traffics in half-truths and innuendo and she thinks there's a set of rules for her, and a different set of rules for everyone else.
So while TC talks a lot of shit about me and acts like she's some moral vanguard (the same lady that tried to work out her daddy issues during public comment), let me remind you of Caballero's character. I might be a lot of things in this world. I might have a lot of flaws.
But Theresa Caballero was handing out cold hard cash to voters at Chente's annual corruption fest he used to call a pachanga.
Oh, you don't memmur? Well allow me to refresh your memory with some video. Here she is at an event in the valley and here she is poverty pimping out cash prizes to people Chente would invite to his annual pachanga. Always filled with reliable voters.
So TC can talk all the shit about me she wants to, the truth is she was willing to give cold hard cash to voters - and relished in the cheers when she proudly exclaimed in Spanish "triago effectivo" at around the 1:52 mark of the video.
"I brought cash."
So spare us all the self-righteous bullshit TC.
If Republican candidate for the 383rd Phyllis Gonzalez wants to be associated with someone who appears to have attempted to buy votes, well then good for her.
That Republican candidate might want to remember the old saying in Spanish "...dime con quein andas..."
