Speaking of Ethics Complaints...
First of all - she apparently didn't know what voting yea or nay meant.Seriously.
So Max Grossman decided to try to weaponize the city's ethics complaints for political purposes and the Dandy managed to con the media into covering them even though they were all tossed out.
But the candidate he supported for city council in District 6 appears to be ripe for an ethics complaint herself.
You know the adage, live by the sword...
Well it looks like Dandy Boy and the city rep he owns have a problem on their hands. Turns out - its also a self-inflicted wound that came as a result of their desire to toot their own horn.
And as it turns out, it involves the Republican Party Chair-Elect Rick Seeberger.
There was a big faction in the local GOP that warned others that voting for Seeberger was going to virtually guarantee that their would be an issue involving money or a scandal...or both.
Turns out they have both on their hands.
Lets rewind a little to the special election run-off election between Claudia Rodriguez - Bizarro Claudia if you will - and Debbie Torres. Right before the election, Grossman launched another ethics complaint attack. Like I said, that is his political weapon of choice and the media doesn't seem to have figured that out yet.
Anywho - the complaint allegedly had something to do with Torres' report, which is what he almost always alleges in his complaints. It was just meant to create a negative headline, which it did.
Well, as I have pointed out several times lately - people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones...
I obtained an email a while back that I have been sitting on for awhile and guess what?
Turns out that there is a MAJOR problem with Bizarro Claudia's campaign finance reports - and it has to do with her handler, the Dandy. Sorry, the title of the email is cut off and as apropos as it may bee for the title to be Join the Team of Winnies, it actually says Joint the Team of Winners.
As you can see in this screenshot, Rick Seeberger is the author of the email and he's boasting about the victory of Bizarro Claudia. If you scroll down a little further you will also see him mention Lily Limón extremist Republican buddy Max Grossman, the Dandy.
But go down a little further and peep what is in the yellow box...
Why its GOP Chairmen-Elect Rick Seeberger bragging that his group - of which the Dandy is a part - by his own admission, supported Bizarro Claudia with "over $7,000 in marketing support".
Nothing wrong with that. Its his First Amendment right to support whoever the hell he damn well pleases.
As long as its reported.
You see, you have to report in-kind contributions.
Well, turns out - Bizarro Claudia DID NOT report a $7,000 contribution from Seeberger's 915 Weenie's or whatever they call themselves.
Tisk, tisk Bizarro Claudia - that isn't very transparent of you.
I don't think the Dandy ever disclosed to anyone that he was actively working for her campaign. I will be that he most certainly didn't disclose that to the media when they ran the story about the ethics complaint that was for his client.
Isn't that interesting?
Even if she runs to go fix it now after I publish this post, it doesn't get her off the hook for not having reported the contributions.
If only I knew someone that lives in Bizarro Claudia's district that would be willing to file an ethics complaint...
Oh hey - that reminds me, there's some interesting information about Arnulfo Hernandez who filed a couple ethics complaints himself. Finance reports are pesky things, looks like he might be in a bit of trouble as well.
But I'll get to that one later...
Man, the next couple of years with the GOP under Seeberger are gonna be a lot of fun for me. He hasn't even taken office yet and its already a barrel of laughs.
This is gonna be epic.
Thanks GOP!
