Loweree & Sierra's Last Stand

Today is Election Day and for the last two days Carlos Sierra has sent out mailers for one of his two candidates, Mickey Loweree.

I don't know why he didn't send anything out for Tom Hicks.

But the last two mailer crystallize two things, how terrible of a candidate Mickey Loweree is and how terrible of a consultant Sierra is.

Basically each of the last two mailers were negative mailers - one aimed at Loweree's opponent Daniel Call and the other - which is hard to understand how anyone (even a sober Carlos Sierra) would think is a good idea, was aimed at teachers.

Lets start with the first mailer. Basically Sierra was calling Daniel Call a Republican on the westside. I saw that mailer and for a minute I wondered if Daniel Call was going to have to report Carlos Sierra working for Loweree as an in-kind contribution to his campaign.

But when you're Carlos Sierra facing the most squeaky clean candidate in town, you'll find any string to pull I guess.

Which is why it is so funny that Sierra, a Republican, decided his best shot was to send a mailer out with the worlds shittiest photoshop job of a MAGA hat I've ever seen. But in a twist of irony that is only possible from the founding member of the Legion of Douche, Sierra apparently forgot that he sent out a mailer for Loweree that featured...

...wait for it...

wait for it...

...a devout Trump supporter!

Seriously, he's comical at this point.

And not just a Trump supporter, he was so much of a Trump supporter that the last candidate he tried to endorse - also a terrible candidate for the Westside run by Sierra - that the candidate had to walk-back the endorsement!

Sorry Carlos but you running campaigns is like being the kid in class that has piojos. You pretty much infect everyone in your proximity and its a bitch to get rid of.

Again, why on earth do people pay that guy?

My favorite part of Carlos Sierra and Mickey Loweree is how they absolutely commit to a line, no matter how stupid, ridiculous, or far from the truth it is.

The thing Loweree has been struggling the most with is her assertion of her education and experience. Its so easily disproven but in the the deepest commitment to bullshit this side of Donald Fucking Trump himself, Carlos and Mickey stick to the lie.

And then, in Trumpian fashion, take the bullshit to a whole other level. Amazingly, Carlos and Mickey double down and say they are supported by teachers and parents in the mailer!

Shut the front door!

Loweree is universally despised by teachers and I can't find a single person that served with her as a PTA person that thinks she's a good candidate.

Not one.

Anywhere.

Seriously at this point Carlos and Mickey have done so much damage to the brand that the restaurant may change their name to Not That Carlos and Not That Mickey...

At this point, Carlos is going to have to claim keeping Daniel Call under 95% of the vote as a victory.

Seriously though, if Daniel Call gets over 60% against an incumbent, Carlos Sierra and the rest of the Legion of Douche will be the biggest joke in town.

The mailer Carlos and Mickey did the next day was even more terrible than the one before it. In the next mailer, Carlos and Mickey basically blame teachers for cheating and sex scandals and makes Ross Moore, their union boss, a bad guy for sticking up for his membership.

Oh yeah...Ross Moore is also the Head Guy in Charge at the Central Labor Union.

So all you candidates that are about to run for the primary cycle, you might want to think about being connected to Sierra (again) if you want even a remote chance of getting labor support in a Democratic Primary.

Anywho...today is the day he's probably gonna fall off the wagon and start drinking again. Who's in concert this weekend, so I can check the blotters and see what concert he gets beat up at again....

I mean Journey was bad, but after the beat down he's about to get, I'm gonna say its John Tesh, Unplugged.
