Norma Chavez's Relentless Vendetta

File this under surprising, but not really.

I've talked about how bottom-feeder consultants pretty much have no moral political compass. They'll basically take a check to do anything.

Like a crack fiend or a guy who doesn't shower enough that sells Chinese junk solar panels and tries to pass them off as American.

But for someone who went to great lengths to try to tell everyone that her congressional bid wasn't her own personal vendetta to try to beat Veronica Escobar, she sure is doing a shitty job keeping up the lie.

So according to a reliable source close to the disgraced former State Rep, Norma Chavez has apparently sold out to the GOP...AGAIN.

According to my source, Chavez approached Republican candidate for the 16th Congressional District Rick Seeberger to work as a consultant. Apparently after initially agreeing to bring her on board, a source in the campaign says she was recently let go from the campaign.

A source inside Seeberger's campaign didn't indicate exactly what it is she's was to be consulting on, but they have since decided to part company with the former state representative.

The source also indicated that Chavez was pretty open about her disdain for Escobar when she approached the campaign offering her help. Eventually the campaign team did some research on Chavez and decided to part company with her.

Chavez very famously went on an apology tour right before she ran for her old seat again following a DUI arrest of Naomi Gonzalez, the state rep that ousted Chavez. You can throw that out the window, Chavez's vendetta is an indication of what we all knew, she is not any different than before. She's still bitter about her ouster and is still very small and petty about things.

She's had a long and deep hatred of Congresswoman-Elect Escobar, which many assume is the reason she chose to run for the congressional seat at the last minute.

Word around the Escobar camp was that Chavez actually sent a pretty nice congratulatory message to Escobar following the ass-beating she received from Escobar.

But you know how it is, some people smile in your face, but talk shit about you when you turn your back.

During her career in the legislature, Chavez was not shy about working with Republicans. She was very famous for being "Craddick D".

That was never meant as a compliment.
