Talk Radio Word on the Street
Overheard an interesting conversation the other day.
I hate dealing with rumor, but sources in the media biz say that there might be a return of one local talk radio program during the Monday through Friday time frame and the talk is that it could be happening pretty soon.
I won't reveal the names of the people on the show until I have more information but the chatter is that it is a former talk radio personality and his close friend, a former state representative.
From what I understand, it will be a show that is paid programming, much like an infomercial is paid programming. Someone is going to pay for the air time, like what has been done with previous shows having to do with alternative medicine, etc.
The information I am getting is that it will be limited to just that particular purchased time and will not be a rebirth of all the former radio line-up.
But it could all be just a figment of someone's vivid imagination...
